Getting Access

The Members area of our website has some information that is private. You can only access it if you are a full or associate member of our club and you have registered.

Registering is easy.  We’ll walk you through the steps.

We hope you’ll remember the password you create, but if you forget it, see the section at the bottom of this page.

On our website, select Member Materials to display the sub-menu. Then select register.

Complete all the information on the Register page. Please take the same care in selecting a password that you do with other secure sites. We rely on the security practices of all our registered members to keep everyone’s information private.

You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your request for access. 

Our tiny but mighty web team tries to respond quickly, but sometimes it takes a day or two if we are traveling.

You’ll receive a confirming email when you are approved.  Then you can proceed with exploring our membership information and, very importantly, creating an engaging directory entry.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

Your password is safely encrypted on our website, which means there is no way for our administrators to retrieve a forgotten password for you. The only solution is to select a new password (and store it someplace safe).

On the log-in display from the Members section, select the “Forgot your password?” option at the bottom. You’ll then see a display to request a password reset.  Type your email and submit the request. You’ll receive an email with a reset link.
