Global Travelers Luncheon
Many of you plan to attend the Rotary International Convention in Calgary, Alberta. Your “organizing committee” (Greg Carlson and Rick Istead) have made arrangements for our Global Travelers attendees to have lunch together on June 24 at the Bank and Baron P.U.B. Convention breaks typically allow 1.5 to 2 hours for lunch which would give us an opportunity to have a nice lunch near the Convention Campus that is also within walking distance of a mall with several shopping opportunities.
As of now, we have a reservation for 38 people. Please complete this short survey to assist us in planning the Rotary Global Travelers lunch on Tuesday, June 24: https://forms.gle/
For planning purposes, we need a final headcount by April 1.

Still Need Lodging or Ideas for What To Do?
This excellent PDF document (Alberta Awaits) provides loads of information. It provides descriptions of all the “extra” events. And it includes instructions for registering for lodging at two college campuses as an excellent, affordable alternative to the overflowing event hotels.
